Introduction:

This machine is developed to fold lap sponge with multi-function. It can automatically unwind the folio fold gauze roll, cut at fixed length, two-way fold edge, longitudinal folio, stack and output.

Main Technical Parameters:

a. Skeleton structure, belt conveying, rotary output by metal gate. Total length: 4.5m, wet: 1200kg.

b. Suit for using folio fold gauze roll, width of gauze roll is 450mm(folio folded from 900mm gauze material).

c. Work pace: 12-19pcs/min, maximum capacity is 1140pcs/hour.

d. Longitudinal length of product is adjustable, cutting length error is not more than ±3mm.

a. PLC control, stable production. Touch-screen control panel is easy to adjust parameter, when change size of product, it only need to adjust parameter on touch-screen, by adjusting simple machine to change the position of folding edge.

c. Key part-cuter, it is made by alloy tool steel, available to use, long service life.

d. With cyclometer counter, workload of counting the output has been eliminated.
